About your role

As a No-code Engineer at Optimeister, you get the opportunity to help build smart digital solutions for various customers. This is not a standard executive role; you are a proactive problem solver who independently translates customer challenges into effective solutions. You invent, design and develop using the latest no-code and low-code tools. With your experience, you not only know how to solve technical issues, but also how to discuss them with clients in an understandable way.

You work on projects from A to Z, using our proven process. You have plenty of freedom and space for creativity, while you can always rely on a close-knit team to jointly create valuable solutions for our customers.

What we expect from you

• At least 2-3 years of experience with software development and a strong affinity for no-code tools.
• Experience with agile software development and working in sprints.
• Experience with Airtable or Make is a plus.
• Strong communication skills: you can make complex topics understandable to customers.
• Solution-oriented thinking: you can turn business challenges into smart, digital solutions.
• You are a real team player and can work independently, but value input from colleagues.
• You are entrepreneurial, structured and enjoy working in a process-based way.
• You have an eye for detail and are always looking for ways to further develop your skills.
• You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.
