Challenge

Techleap had difficulty managing their community and programs efficiently. It was challenging to identify founders within the Techleap community based on relevant criteria, requiring a lot of manual work for the Founder Success team. In addition, a central database was missing, which made analysing the impact of programs and events challenging. Data from various sources did not always sync reliably. This caused inconsistencies and made it difficult to get a clear picture of the entire community and the effectiveness of the programs.

Solution

Together with Techleap, Optimeister has developed a centralized platform that streamlines the management of the community and programs. The system connects various internal teams and automates crucial processes such as applications, onboarding and data analysis. This makes it much easier for the Founder Success team to work, as manual processes have been replaced by smart workflows. At the same time, the data team now has access to clean, structured data, allowing them to make important analyses of the community and program results. This leads to better decision-making and a more efficient way of working.

From fragmented data to one platform

Thanks to the new platform, Techleap now has a Single Source of Truth. We've completely redesigned the database and integrated external data sources so that all information is now available in one place. This provides an overview, simplifies analysis and helps Techleap better understand and manage their community.

Streamlined onboarding process

The application process for the community and programs is fully automated and streamlined. Founder applications are now processed directly into the platform, after which the Founder Success team goes through a structured selection process. Judges automatically receive the correct data, making the review process more efficient.

Real-time reports and insights

With the new reporting tools, Techleap can gain real-time insights into the performance of their programs, helping teams make more effective decisions, analyze trends, and measure the impact of their initiatives.

Seamless data migration

All historical data was migrated to the new platform, allowing Techleap to start immediately with an up-to-date database. As a result, there is no longer fragmented data in different systems, and all teams can work with a uniform data set.
