First Airtable project

Five years ago, I discovered Airtable and I knew right away that there was something special about this platform. At that time, I was building a website for an employment agency. An important part of the project was receiving and managing applicants. There needed to be an extensive web form, a database to collect this data, after which these candidates could be assessed, with email notifications and contracts printed out as PDF.

Having custom software developed was out of budget, so I set out to investigate. I discovered Airtable and a new world immediately opened up for me. This solution met all requirements and the project was a great success. The impact of the solution that I developed within a few weeks proved invaluable to the company. Even more than the rest of the website, no matter how beautiful it had turned out.

The switch to more impact

After the success of this first project, I decided to shift my focus. I stopped building websites and focused entirely on helping companies streamline their processes, with Airtable as a fixed value in my toolbox. Dozens of successful Airtable deployments at companies followed.

Partnership with Airtable

Last year, we came into contact with Samuel (Head of Partners EMEA). Due to Airtable's expansion in Europe, he was busy setting up a partner network in Europe. Sam saw Optimeister's potential as a valuable partner. After an intensive accreditation process that thoroughly tested our Airtable expertise, we were officially recognized as the first in May 2024 Airtable Services Partner of the Netherlands. The trust that I had in this tool for five years has now also been returned to us from Airtable itself.

This recognition was an unprecedented milestone for us. Not only did it confirm our expertise and commitment, but it also gave us access to new Airtable resources and support. As a result, at Optimeister, we are able to take our services to the highest level, so that we can offer even better solutions to even more great organizations.

To ensure the quality of the partner network, Airtable has recently introduced ranks: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Based on customer satisfaction, skills, capacity and turnover from projects, we are placed in the highest tier: We are now a Gold Services Partner! This means that we are currently among the top 20 partners worldwide! As a Gold Partner, we can offer our customers even more confidence and certainty in the quality of our services.

On to the future

With our new status as an Airtable Gold Partner, we are looking to the future with enthusiasm. We are constantly exploring new opportunities to serve our customers even better. Whether it's about further optimization of our processes or training and expanding our team. We are determined to maintain this status and to continue to strive for quality in everything we do.
