Client Success Manager

About your role
As a Client Success Manager at Optimeister, you play a crucial role in the success of our customers. You are their permanent point of contact and ensure that our digital solutions contribute to their strategic goals. You support them from the moment of onboarding, organize appointments such as sprint reviews, and offer training courses to ensure that they get the most out of their systems. In addition, you act as a link between the customer and our development team for support questions and strategic evaluations.
You get the freedom to proactively think about how we can help our customers even better and grow with our team in a dynamic environment. You are committed to ensuring that our developers can focus as much as possible on what they do best.
What we expect from you
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in the IT or tech sector.
- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch and English.
- You have an affinity for digital systems and a strong interest in no-code development tools.
- You have the ability to think strategically and translate customer needs into concrete solutions.
- You have experience in organizing and leading training courses and workshops.
- You have proactive and problem solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- You are a team player who can work independently and has customer satisfaction as a priority.
- You think beyond customer demand and dare to say no if necessary to come to a better solution.
- You are open to a steep learning curve and want to continuously develop yourself.
- You have an eye for processes and are structured in your way of working.
